SUMeXTree Global Exports holds a valid Import Export Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India. The IEC is a mandatory authorization that legally enables us to conduct import and export activities in compliance with Indian foreign trade regulations.
This registration confirms that our company is recognized by the Government of India for international trade, allowing us to export goods globally and import raw materials from certified international suppliers. SUMeXTree Global Exports is a GST-registered company under the Goods and Services Tax (GST), Government of India, ensuring full compliance with national tax regulations for domestic and export transactions.
In addition, we are LUT (Letter of Undertaking) registered under GST, which authorizes us to export goods without payment of IGST, as per Indian export laws. GST LUT registration enables smoother export operations, faster documentation, and improved cash-flow efficiency for international shipments.

SUMeXTree™ is a trademark-applied brand, with its registration currently under process under the Trade Marks Act, Government of India. The use of the ™ symbol indicates an official claim over the brand name and identity, providing protection against unauthorized use during the registration process.
Once the trademark registration is approved, the brand will be designated as SUMeXTree®, granting full statutory protection and exclusive rights as per Indian trademark law.

We import fabrics exclusively from GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified manufacturers, ensuring verified recycled content, full supply-chain traceability, and compliance with international environmental and social responsibility standards.

We source and import fabrics from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified manufacturers, guaranteeing the use of organic fibers, eco-friendly processing, and ethically responsible manufacturing practices across the textile supply chain..

Our fabrics are imported from OEKO-TEX® certified manufacturers, ensuring that all materials are tested and proven free from harmful substances, meeting global safety and human-ecological requirements.
